Louise Goldberg, ERYT 500, C-IAYT, is owner of Relaxation Now LLC and founder of CreativeRelaxation®. She has been a yoga teacher since 1981 and is a certified yoga therapist and licensed massage therapist. She is the author of two books published by WW Norton: Classroom Yoga Breaks: Brief Exercises to Create Calm (2017) and Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs (2013). She is a co-author of S.T.O.P. and Relax, Your Special Needs Toolbox ©2006, updated 2014. Her DVD Yoga for Children ©2004 features children on the autism spectrum.

Louise is the owner/director of the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach, Florida. She is the anatomy instructor for the 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at the Yoga Center andis director of its 95-Hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training. She teaches yoga to children and adults, and trains professionals to implement yoga in classrooms and therapeuticsettings internationally with individuals of varying abilities. A consultant with the BrowardSchools for over 30 years, she teaches yoga at the Miami Children's Hospital-Dan Marino Center day camp.

Creative Relaxation® is Louise’s program in Yoga Therapy for Children, with an emphasis on autism, ADHD, sensory challenges, emotional behavior disorders and other special needs. She attracts yoga teachers, educators, therapists, and parents from around the country to her Creative Relaxation® teacher trainings, which include certification and CEU’s for Levels 1 and 2. She is currently developing Level 3 training and plans to begin a certification process for Creative Relaxation Trainers in the coming year.
In addition, Louise offers 30 hours of Creative Relaxation® teacher training based on her book Classroom Yoga Breaks. Modules include mindful practices to enhance learningreadiness, self-regulation and executive functioning. The program explores the role ofstress in learning, yoga as a complement to social and emotional learning, and bullyingprevention. Classroom Yoga Breaks includes a complete curriculum of movement,breathing, and mindfulness practices, as well as self-care for teachers.
She has been a presenter at the National Kids Yoga Conference in Washington, DC, Kripalu's Yoga in Schools Symposium in Lenox, MA, for the Autism Society of America in Florida and Arizona, Weekend with the Expert in Broward, the Learning and the Brain Conference in San Francisco, and SYTAR Boston for the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Louise holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. from the University of Connecticut. She has been an English teacher at the middle, high school and college levels, and a remedial reading specialist. She is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in cranial sacral therapy. She became a certified yoga teacher through the Sivananda organization in 1981.
