OVERVIEW

Based on the book Classroom Yoga Breaks: Brief Exercises to Create Calm by Louise Goldberg. Learn to use BREATHE FIRST© Yoga Mindfulness Curriculum, for integrating yoga breaks into classrooms and therapeutic setting. Lessons consist of 1-5-minute exercises, seated or standing. Includes movement, breathing, focusing, relaxation, mindfulness practices, self-calming skills, discussion and creative expression.
